Un alt program foarte interesant si foarte bun pentru tractiuni. La fel ca The Hundred Programs, acest program de tractiuni este conceput pentru orice categorie de varsta si fizic. Chiar daca nu ai facut o tractiune in viata ta, dupa acest program vei face chiar 20.
